Hey guys,

I just installed my injen short ram today on my 02 celi. After driving my car around, I came home and noticed that the bolt holding the intake onto the vibra mount came loose. Do any of you guys get this problem?

I decided to use one of my left over washers so there are now two washers, one on each end of the bolt...I guess I'll just wait and see if thats what they were for.

btw, no CEL and no bogging...but then again, the weather was pretty cool tonight.

The nut on top should be a locking nut with a plastic ring inside to prevent it from coming loose.

If it's not that, go buy one

Actually the thing that comes loose is the nut and bolt on the other end of the vibra mount...the one that connects the mount to the intake's bracket. Anyone else with this problem? I think I might try some locktite, or look around for some nuts that come with locktite already.

That's what I mean, the nut on top of the vibra mount on the intake pipe end should be a lock-nut with a plastic ring

Hmm...I guess they decided not to give me a locknut or plastic ring...I guess I'll have to go to the store to buy one.

the plastic ring is inside the nut, by screwing it on the bolt you create thread in the plastic
