I have a 2000 GTS and I was wondering about some parts I should buy. What type of headers, cold air, and exhaust do you guys recommend? And I want to have my friend install some of it, so how much you think I should pay him to do each one? Thanks.

you could do the CAI and the exhaust yourself...maybe 2hrs between the two of them. You "could" do the headers too but if the guy is your friend i'd give him like 40-50 bucks.

Headers, i only think trial makes them, they are good, cold air, aem gen. 2 or injen, your preference, as for exhaust, http://www.turbomagazine.com/tech/0209tur_exhaust/index.html . you can pick from that list, gives you all the dynos and everything you need.

Do what I do...have him get you a 6 pack during install...my boys normally take me out to dinner afterwards. I never accept money for audio/video installs or electronics repair-i'm happy helpin' out. We hook each other up
