I am looking for a carbon fiber lip for my front bumper which is stock and a pair of side skirts. My car is a red 2003 GT Celica.

You have two options:

1) buy a carbon fiber splitter from the ecelica store

or

2) replace your '03 front with a '00-'02 stock front bumper and then you can get a ww carbon fiber front lip from seibon.com

Yeah, silver looks great with carbon fiber, just check out ricepowered's car, it matches nicely.

the only company to do anything for the 03 front is C-One ... they made a lower lip for it but you have to import it from Japan so mucho $$$$ is involoved.
TRD also came out with a design but as of right now it is not available for sale.
