I assume you're talking about the underbody plastics?

They fit to my front, I put the bolts with the metal flange on it through the plastic, then just fiddled with it until I could screw them to my front.

If that wo't work, just use zipties indeed.
I would not take them off, they are there for a reason

use the factory bolts to connect your plastics to your Kaminari front since it is only 3/4 inch lower than stock...

(ignore the revmotion... use the bumper as a reference...)

if you don't have factory bolts, use zip-ties as Immo and swthrtracer had mentioned... or buy the factory bolts for a few cents from your local Toyota parts department (home depot is also good grin)

...

Another thing you could do is, poke a hole in your bodykit, and through your plastics... then use 18 gauge wire (found at any hobby or crafts shop) and push that through the holes and twist it like you would for a 'twistie' on a sandwich bag/bread bag...

for the front lip, I just tied around the attachment-bolts, what im sugesting to you and your Kaminari is that you measure and then poke two holes in good locations, and then tie-off your wire-ends... (one hole for the entry wire, and another whole for the return wire grin)

Or use a bolt with a big head and washer, and just push it through the correct sized hole and stick a nut & washer on the other end (pointing inside), and tighten...

BTW - who was the bodyshop that did your install - seems as though they fergot a few 'completion' steps confused
