Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior shiftknob/adapter question?

so i bought this shift knob on ebay... its nice.. aluminum and carbon fiber stick. BUT it didnt come with adapters! hopefully the sender just forgot them.

My question is... can i just buy adapters from somewhere else that will fit this knob??

yup, pepboys... and then return the item a day later - "it didnt fit in your celica"

HAHHAHA hey silver, i thought you checked w/ the dude and he said he's got all the adapters for it...LOL

HAHAHA ghey huh? when i emailed them about the adapters they said "the adapters i was referring to are the two screws that tighten up agains the shifter" msn thats so ghey... well when i look at the top of the shifter.. it looks like i "can" put an adapter.. or there should be one.. but im not sure.. and im thinking maybe they switched the top part on me.. because the top looks worn out. and the bottom is nice and polished. hmm oh well...

So.. i can get adapters at pepboys???
