i curbed my rim this week is there anything i can do to repair it.

you can CAREFULLY sand it but all that does is fix the roughness

rims are pretty hard to fix on your own

some places will send you a new wheel for free if you curb yours or otherwise jack it up. you might want to call the place that you bought them from and ask.

There are advertised wheel repair places. I have curb rash as well, but I figure the only way to fix it is to machine the lip and recoat the wheel. I never fixed mine because i figured that the wheel would be uneven. Two shaved, two orignal, etc. Machining is pretty easy though because of the circular design and material that the wheel is made of. I agree with the previous post. Take the wheel and smooth it out. You'll most likely have to apply the coating carefully without getting the rest of the wheel.
