I know its a pretty difficult procedure. If you don't have experience with soldering then I wouldn't try it.

I know Mike Lu has had his done however, the guy that did it lives in Northern California and was down in Southern California for a brief trip.

I heard it's a piece of cake if you have experience soldering. But if you are clueless I wouldn't touch it. It's a pretty expensive piece your messing with. However, If your brave and really don't care what we tell you. Here is a link that might help you out. Good Luck http://www.celica-club.co.uk/images/Blue%20Dash%20Board/BlueDashProject.htm

It's pretty easy soldering those miniature led's. I love the blue conversion so much I dim-out my reverse indoglos'when I drive at night. I wanna do everything on my center dash next I just gotta find out where I can find these mini led's for cheap! If any body knows where, let me know.

Hey, VVTLR maybe you can answer a question that I posted but nobody could answer. I just installed the indiglo gauge for my celica and also installed the indiglo needles and ordered to change the Fuel/Temp/and Gauge Color. I want my whole gauge cluster to light up blue. However, I have noticed that the turn signal in the gauge still remains green and after further examination. I notice that their are little light bulbs. My question is would anyone know where I can get color bulbs, that small or is there another way to change the color of those bulbs. confused

stun,
Even if you change the bulb to blue, the outcome is gonna be a mixture of blue and green. If you look at it closely you'll notice that the arrow template(outline) is green. I haven't tried this yet but if you wanna try cutting the arrow out, adhere a small piece of tint film to hide the modification combined with a blue bulb(or dip it in blue transparent paint). Better yet if you can find a piece of blue transparent plastic to cover the cut-out arrow, you wouldn't need a blue bulb. what do you think?

That's a really good idea. I'm going to look for that small blue piece of tint film. Thanks man I really appreciate it. Hey, VVTLR! Don't forget if you find the LED's for a cheap price let me know. I'll let you know if I find them first. thumbsup
