I don't want to sound like an airhead, but what is the point??? Why not get a blank key at the dealer or a locksmith and have it cut??????

if you spend about $40 you can get one of those Mercedes flip out keys.

Those are nice! grin

Mercedes flip out keys...ummm, I saw those once on E-bay..I may be mistaken... cool Anyway, the key is $10 (12.99 if you buy it now) + $8 delivery + labor when you get it cut. That's aren't cheap considering it's just a key.

Just go to Home Depot and get a key copied. If you are looking for a cool key, get one of those blank switch blade type keys that pop out when you press a button. Those are pimp, but they cost like $100. I remember seeing some one Ebay for a Celica for like $35 though. Just a thought. smile

And by the way...Home Depot will copy your car key. They aren't supposed to legally, but they should. I used to work there, so I just go in there and use the machine myself. Not brain surgery. Costs like 2 dollars for a blank key there.
