Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior TRD headlamp covers

i just finally got my covers !! after many years of waiting and missing out ebay.com.. , but once i opened the package i noticed that it sticks onwith an assive... thus easly to take off by unwanted theives.. any suggestions on how to keep it on permantly? i thught about krazy glue...

believe me they arent coming off once you put them on. the adhesive is super-sticker and would take a lot of work to get them back off. so yeah when you go put them on make sure you follow instructions and dont mess it up becuz you really only get one change to put it on straight

but the instructions are in japanese... i know by common sense, that i need to wash that area... and something about heating the top portion of it ?

Yeah you basically have it down, just dont mess up cuz' you really do have only one chance, good luck.

cool thanks... but i ordered the silver ones instead since i have a carbn blue... i was going to the body shop... i hope they dont mess with my item... have you tried pulling them off the headlamps ? what happens so i can watch out for it thanks.

never tried to pull 'em off. i pulled on them to make sure they stayed and they werent coming off
