hi:
i was asking myself if the problem with the throttle on the 03 GTS can be fixed (replace something) in order to install the XS kit and the apexi with no problem...
any ideas?

I called XS yesterday and they said they are working on it. They have not released the kit for that reason but expect to solve the issue and have it ready by the time of the SEMA show.

so wait?, whats the issue with xs kit and 03 throttle? because its electronic? this is the first i've heard of this.

yup, the Apexi included in the XS kit is not compatible with the throttle system of 03 GTS (I hate this so much)...

Does the GTS have an electronic throttle??
The 03 GT has a cable just like the 00, 01, 02 celica.
