you have to eye it... hold them up, mark where the screw holes will go... probably can use masking tape to facilitate lining them up symmetrically both sides, remove bumper, drill apprpriate side holes and install... replace bumper...

I mean what are all the screws and hardware that comes with the air splitters. How do you use that, since there are some weird metals in that box.

the long metal sticks are called "rivets" it's wat they use to put your gas lid on. you need a rivet gun to apply those. i just used self tapping screws, and put them on, simple as that...i've installed 3 sets so far on 3 different celicas and they all turned out nice.
