anyone ever try painting your GTS/TOYOTA Badges???
I debadged my car a while back and am now thinking of painting my badges gloss black and then re-attaching them.
Im pretty sure that since the trim on my celica is black, that the black badges will now blend-in better then when they are silver. (nothing else on my car was silver except the wheels, but cannt do much about those )
any suggestions of where to get the THIN 3-M tape to re attach them??? or should I just go buy a new set from the toyota dealership and paint those (they already have the 3M attached)

It's not just your imagination... Your day really does go by twice as fast while on EverythingCelica.com
i helped matt johnson paint his emblems on his GT black and they looked sick as hell wit the carbon fiber hood and tinted gas cap adding effect to the black on silver look. as for the adhesive, i went to pep boys and they have special junk just for reattaching emblems, and it is made by 3M, but its not tape, its like a gel kind of. black tube with orange writing
www.grafxwerks.com [grafxwerks.com] They already have the Toyota badge available if you look under the Matrix, and the GTS badge will be available in the near future. They come in many different colors, one being gloss black.
