Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior Stock head unit specs

Does anyone know the dimensions if the opening in the dash where the stock head unit is located. Also, does anyone know the specs of the opening for the compartment above the head unit?

whats the point in asking this? if youre replacing the deck with an aftermarket you need the dash kit. if you have GTS there may be a stock amplifier in there too behind the glove box. the size is like din and 1/2 I think but the kit lets you pyt a regular din size in there.

if that doesnt help youll have to just measure it the old fashioned way!! Good luck.
