Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior Please help with these damned headlights!

I put some new Cool blue low beams in my celi lastnight..a pain in the a** by the way. Now, when I drive down the road it looks like there are spotlights off to the side and in the air. Have any of you ever heard of this? Please how can I fix this?? Thanks...
