Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior Raising Hotchkis Competition TVS Coilovers/Shocks

Well, I've had this on my car for a few months now. The ride is great, but speed bumps are road holes are killing me. I'm not too familiar with this suspension kit and the shop didn't show me how to adjust it. Anyway, I'm getting a new front end soon and I don't want to demolish it. I want to raise the front end up about 1/2 - 1 inch. Does anyone know how to do this? It did come with 2 tools, 1 Y shaped and 1 P shaped but open ended like a C. Anybody know how to adjust the height? Thanks,

its easy for adjustment, all you gotta do is jack the car up then reach for your coilovers the if you turn it going up, it means your lowering, if you turn it going down, it means your raising it

Is there like a key hole or something for the 2 tools it comes with? What turns? I can tell if a sping is compressing then it's lowering (duh) but what do I physically turn/twist/move?
