Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior Headlights...getting aligned? DAMNIT!

I just put some new low beams in...I think I got them in right, but Im not sure. They look o.k., but off to the side up in the tree it looks like there is spotlight. Is that normal?? What do I do?? By the way they were a bitch putting in. Hard to get to, Im not sure if I got them all the way in or not...Please Help
