I forgot where I saw it on this site, but I saw an engine with all carbon fiber engine plastics. Does anyone know where to get these from?

My car might be slow, but at least it looks nice!

Yeah http://www.iptmotorsports.com/ , is a great one there is also http://www.aprperformance.com/main.asp , they have some selection but not much (also known for the 3000-GT body kit). But yeah if you really want it like I do then just buy them in stages or just save up enough to buy them all at once.

Nearly $200 for this stuff. Sheesh!! Paint em and save the money. I don't think Carbon Fiber Engine Plastics will knock off 25 lbs. Lol. If you got a few hundred to blow on the look of your motor, then go ahead. I'd paint em myself and get mini neons throughout the engine bay. That'll win car show points.

Very so true that's why i say just save up a little at a time, hell that's what Armando Rodriguez did and now his widebody GTS is not only in the Aug. '03 issue of Import Racer, but it's also a 1:18 die-cast model from Jada Toys. He bought his from IPT, and true that is not the only thing that got him to this point but it sure does seal the deal.

Yeah, also all the free advertisement and the rise in price from being in the mag, it was the prime time to sell.

Crazy, up here most people will keep their bad @$$ car, i.e. my day still has his '67 Fastback Mustang, Blue with double pearl racing stripes out in the garage. Plus the only people that would buy modified cars like that are 16 year old kids that just think it's cool and don't realize that the car may technically be theirs, "spiritually" it's the guy who put it together.[/color]
