Removal of Stock Rear Bumper

My car got hit last summer, and left some bad scratches, a friend of mine is getting a body kit and i was gonna put their old bumper on my car, could someone post some pics or instructions as to how to remove the old bumper and put the new one on?

We don't have an install guide. But, it is not difficult to remove. I've done it a couple of times. You need to remove the back portion of the trunk plastics. All the bolts should be exposed. There are two on each side, and 5 or 6 on the center holding the bumper. These are 10mm.
You would need to get under the car, there are 2 black clips that you need to remove. These are a bitch to remove.
