Getting Rims Need a little help

I have finally decided to go with 18'Racing Hart CR's. Of course I will need to drop it right after I'm wondering what would be the best offset. Will I need spacers? What length is best ex. 18x7? 18x9? Notice I really want it to sit as far down as possible maybe a 2'drop and I will be getting a kit soon most likely kaminari. I don't want any problems later on so I need as much info as possible thanks.

I WOULD GO W/ THE 18X7 SO YOU DON'T HAVE ANY TROUBLE WITH RUBBING INSIDE THE FENDER WELLS.THE RACING HARTS ARE THE BEST CHOICE .THEY ARE THE BEST LOOKING W/ THE DEEPEST LIP

you can't turn a hoe in to a house wife ....so don't even try
