Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior Air Suspension

Hey guys i am thinking about doing air suspension..My one friend with a celi has air struts in front and bags in back but he said that set up doesnt hold air very well..or is it just his?..and also what all do i need to know before and also when i go shopping for them..and what should i expect to pay for them?..Also if anyone knows a good place to purchase them...i would really appreciate you guys' help as far as purchasing and if the strut/bag setup is a good way to go or what...thanks in advance guys

well im thinking of getting air ride suspension too. but with ur friends, he mixed it, you should go the same all around. the cost is around 1K but the installion is gonna take around 8 hours so with a local shop per hour. you do the math. but thats the info i can give ya. the only plus for me is that im a mechanic so i can just do it at the shop. but good luck man. vpeace

its kinda hard to get info on this topic coz not many ppl have air suspension. from wat i have found i figured it wasnt worth it unless the car is purely for show. but in that case, the air tank that has to be kept on board isnt the best looking feature either!
