YES...I DID some research!

I found some information about MTEC but didnt find anything about how to install them.

I just got MTEC package for ECelica store.

I would like to know how to replace H7, H3, and 9005.

or I should just get my bodyshop installed them for me?

CLICK - "INSTALLS" at the top of this page and then scroll down to "LIGHTS" (under the "EXTERIOR" section...

now choose, FOG LIGHTS, HEADLIGHTS LOW or HEADLIGHTS HIGH

I DID IT!!!
replaced my foglights with MTEC H3 yesterday.

but still trying to figure out how to change high and low beams...

any install pictures would be welcomed

Thats in your manual, its not difficult at all.

For the highs you just twist clockwise and they pop right out. The lows you have to pop up the metal clip then slip down the rubber boot, next twist the bulb a little and it falls out. Its very easy, also it helps to remove the fuse box covers when working on the drivers side.
