Hey guys check out this celica GTS Turbo kit 4sale on ebay. It sounds pretty complete. I'm sketchy on buying something like that on ebay though. It sounds like the XS Engineering kit maybe? What do you guys/gals think? Turbo Kit [ cgi.ebay.com]

ehhhhh I dunno bro. Buying things like headlights, sometimes even a body kit off ebay is good...but a turbo? Especially spending that much money...and what if it messes up your car? If your serious about getting a turbo youd do it the right way, not buying the kit of ebay...

it is not a personal seller. with that being said, read up on the company, and their test cars/motors, see how they fair. I know Kenne Bell was blowing motors left and right with their new supercharger for the 4.6 2v Mustang engine.

I wouldn't buy it because there are too many possiblities for things to go wrong. For example, the turbo housing might be defective, the manifold may be warped, the waste gate and vaccum hoses could be defective and who knows what else. Unless they give you a signed contract/warranty on parts, I would stay the hell away.

dunno bro.. this guy has 11 feed back ratings but most of it is from buying things not selling.. and he's buying celi stuff it lookslike too.. maybe he bought the wrong one and is trying to get rid of it now.. just be careful

last line of the sale is... "Our turbo systems are proven" email the seller for some install photos - some dynos... whatever you need to make his "proven" statement a FACT

my advice , just get it from X-S engineering.com or turbo-performance.com rather than ebay ,cause you can't be sure and plus it's a lot cheeper than that!
