Anyone have a high flow cat?
I was looking to get a high flow cat but didn't know the best brand to get. Also what kind of power gains are to be had with one of these? And is there a big sacrafice in torque?

Then it seems like it would be more trouble than it's worth.

I have a carsound Hi-Flo cat. Put it on with a custom midpipe to my TSRM muffler.
