Need help?Tire Clearance?

I have stock size rims and my stock tires are 195\60\15
I just need an okay if I can get this size 205\60\15
Should I change any of the numbers?
Should I just get the same size or will I have Clearance with the new size?? confused

Stock is the BEST!! J/K
