If I put 2 12 woofer into the car, would this help the door panel to stop rattle a bit? The dealership told me that doing this will transfer the bass of the music into the woofer.

No, it won't help the rattle at all because the woofer's in the door will still have 100% the same level of out put as it did before you installed the woofer in the trunk. The woofer that would be installed in the trunk isn't going to handle more of the current bass load, it will just add to it.

My brother put 2 10' woofer into his car and I like it very much. On my celi I usually turn the bass up to 5 because I like it that way. But the door rattle sooo much. I place my hand on the outer side of the door and damn it shake. Now, if I put 2 12" woofer I could turn the bass down to 2 or 3 and still the bass rock. What do you guy think? Is it worth the investment???

As far as the weight issue, I think that one 12 is fine SQ wise, I don't think that there is any reason to go with any more subs unless you are going for show/SLP. Just my opinion.

If I put 2 12 woofer into the car, would this help the door panel to stop rattle a bit? The rattle in the doors will only decrease when you cut off the low frequencies to the doorspeakers. These low frequencies you must lead to the subwoofer(s).
