Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior need a C/F hood, any suggestions?

any suggestions on what kind of hood i should go with, i currently have a veilside kit on right now and i really wanted the new veilside hood that they just recently came out with but they dont have any plans on coming out with any in c/f right now. and another thing i dont want anything too aggressive.

i reckon the best hood to get would be one that looks exatcly like a sotck hood but in Carbon Fiber. Maybe with a Carbon Fiber raised hoodscoop. but thats my 2 cents.

Are your sure veilside not gonna come up with a carbon fiber version of the bonnet? coz i was hoping that they were...

well if you want something not to0 aggressive i would go with the BRS hood::

yeah i sure , i sent them an email about a month ago and they said no cause it would be too expensive, they said it would cost about 4000 american

there are many choices, but try to get the good company, because some don't fit right and the fiber is messed up.

I would highly recommand fiberimage, because i had visracing and there were some messed up fibers and fiberimage has more solid and cleaner looking hood. so i got fiberimage hood for free, due to an accident =)
