How do you get BMW side-mirror blue tint effect?

Anyone know where you get the tint for this? How is it done?

MikeLu... does your tint shop have colored tint to do this?

tinting the Mirrors shouldnt be illegal, cause most luxury cars have auto tinting rear view Mirrors

if the bmw has that stock then if you get rolled i guess you can argue it, but most shops that do tint (or at least the ones i know) will do anything, legal or not, in any color they have
