air bags are what the name says they are...its a bag that when infalted lifts the car up using pneumatics (air). hydrolics are like the thing that lifts up your hatchback but way more heavy duty. they use liquid (iol i think) to make the things inside cylenders push up or let down.

spineyesno, DO hydraulics! thumbsup thumbsup cool and do 13" white wall tires, wire wheels with knock-offs, chain-link steering wheel and license frames. happywink and then you could do fur-skin upholstery and how 'bout and mirrored ball around the rear-view mirror. i would even suggest a 10,000 watt bumpin system playing dirty south rap alllll night looooong. spineyes spineyes spineyes

Yes its hydraulics almost everyone here spelled it wrong...I work on it every day so I have a good bit of experience with it and I say go bags

this hydraulic fluid you speak of is oil and if you get a leak which you will just a matter of time it will go all over your car Vs. bags which use air...big whoop its air

Bags are lighter, more compact, cleaner and cheaper too
I dont think hydraulic suspension should ever have been made for cars
