Does anybody know about Port and Polished engine for the GTS motor, does anybody know how much hp I would get from Porting and polished and boring out the GTS motor without I/E and other mods.

It really depends on what degree the job was done to. You can get it done from a mild p&p job to full head work. Don't expect outrageous hp gains, the 2zz head already flows exceptionally well.

Port and polish was far more effective back in the days of cast iron heads.

I think it was because those cast iron heads were so restrictive and because there were 8 cyls.

Ohh ok, so really port and polishing the engine wont do any good at all? but if I got turbo that would help right? but what about rebulding the engine, and boring it out as well

boring out your cylinders will require you to get bigger pistons, since it increases your displacement. i don't think it is advisable for the 'zz' engines since the cylinder walls are already pretty thin and close together.

the distance in between cylinders of the 2zz is only 5 mm.
