Seriosly typical toyota there should be 2 bolts on the frt below the seat and 2 more behind it (flip seats forward).

You change to the new "stock seat", dont you? Sorry, that`s only my misunderstanding...

Very easy, for the bottom, grab and lift. The bottom is held in by pop rivets. There's just one piece in the back between the backrest that you'd have to unbolt.
As for the back, give me some time, it's been a while since I messed with that. I'll take another look this evening and reply back to you.
