After arriving at the hotel last night the key ring I have has the ignition key for my '01 GT NOT the door key for my '04 which I am in. Any suggestions on how to get in, other then calling a locksmith? That will be last resort, will a slim Jim work on the 04?

Call a professional. If you have AAA, this is one specific type of service they provide. If you dont have AAA, call a tow company to open your door for you. If the hotel your in cannot help with finding a tow company for you, ask them to provide the non-emergency number to the local police dept, for assistance.

For a few bucks, its probably best to get this job done professionally, and not have your door lock jammed and weather stripping tore up.

good luck
