Hi, I've recently found a craigslist ad for 1988 Celica All Trac link below:

I'm going to get this out of the way first: I am 17 and I'd like this to be my first car. I've been interested in 80s cars for years now and I almost even bought a Porsche 944 but decided not to due to reliability concerns. That's why I'm asking if a 4th gen celica, all trac or not, would be a good first car given its age. I don't plan to race or show off or even push this car very hard given its age. I've been taught how to drive manual on 3 different cars that my brother has owned over the past few years so I won't be learning to drive on this car. I am again wondering if this car, if maintained well, would be a good daily driver. What would I have to expect in maintenance(both parts and their prices)? What would the driving experience be like in rain and snow? (don't worry I have precautions to prevent rust in winter months). And finally, would this be a good first car in general? If I'm missing any key factors It'd be great to know them.

Thank you
