Hello, I am looking for some advice, I have a 2001 Toyota Celica GT. Everything is stock except the air intake and exhaust. My goal is to build it up with performance parts or and least better parts that will last longer. Now I live in upstate New York so as you can imagine the car has rust on it here and there. especially underneath so basically I'm looking for a starting place what i should upgrade first and in what order to go about things!
