2000 Celica GT-grinding noise shifting into third gear

My Celica has about 200k miles on it and it has started to make a grinding noise while shifting into third gear only. Shifting up or down into third makes the exact same noise. Any idea what parts I need to fix? And does anyone know of a good place to order the parts cheap?

That's your Synchro. Common problem on these transmissions.

Check MWR

I think that's the right part there. but do more research first
