Find one being sold at a local dealership trade-in lot, or a used car lot. Sit in it. Ask if you can take it for a spin around the block, "so you can make a better buying decision." You dont need to buy from them. But you will have a better answer to your questions.

On a side note, depending on how wide your butt is, it may not fit very comfortably in the stock Celica's bucket seats. Only you will be able to determine that answer for yourself. bolt

As long as you dont plan to be sitting in the back seat, and you body is of a normal proportions for people of your size of weight (5'11'' / less than/near 300lbs), you should be just fine in the 7th gen Celica.

Something else to conciser, is that the stock Celica seat belt has a bit of extra distance, but probably the same amount on as which most other Toyota's have. I've found the seat belt cord in Honda to be a bit short.

But if you fit well is most other Toyota cars of the same years (2000-2005), you should be just fine. Again though, only you will be able to judge which works out best for you.

A MR2 Spider, you probably wont fit in to very well. I'm a bit taller than you, and of substantially less weight, and cannot fit in to one very well.

I'm 6'3 and around 250 and i have plenty of room. it shouldn't be bad if its just a daily driver but if you plan on using it for road trips i'd personally switch the seats out
