Celica Forums General Discussion Engine and Performance CRUISE CONTROL ISSUE. PLEASE HELP ME!

So i have checked the 4way fuse and it is fine and even cleaned the cruise control module. But cruise isn't even lighting up. Any ideas guy?
Also the previous owner installed a AEM intake but one plug that joins the harness of the maf, is unplugged what is this plug for? I ask because the car is idling kinda rough.

If it is a hose that is unplugged, why not just plug it back in?

That particular hose port on your throttle may be intentional and should just be capped with a rubber hood or taped.

Finally, if your care is running rough, have you take it in for a tune-up lately? Had the sparks and timing checked? have you looked at the oil to inspect for any deposits left within it?

No its not a hose its this plug. I took a picture so you could see what i am talking about. Thank you for all your help and replies i really need all the help i can get.
And anyone have any ideas on the cruise control issue?
