This is a metal piece underneath the hood, the front bumper is attached to it, I need the part number/name and if someone knows where to get another one, thanks in advance!!

the front bumper is attached to the fender (sheet metal) and the vehicle's upper tie bar. #2 in the picture below.

The arrows are pointing to the front bumper attachment locations. five on the top front upper tie bar, and two on the fenders.
