Help for offset size?

Hello, I was looking at some rims that I found on ebay and they are size 17x7 with an offset of +45mm I didn't know if this is a good offset and I was wondering if it would rub on the fenders? Thank you guys for your time.

I would go for something in the +32-+35 range

nice fit without going to extreme.

Would 17x8 with +40mm offset fit on an 04 without a spacer? And if I need a spacer, what size?
