Lowering the Celi!
Ok just got new rims 17x7.5 +40 waiting to mount on some 225/45/17 tires. But I also am going to install new shocks and lowering springs. Lowering the car about 1.4 all around. Opinions? Will my car need rolled fenders? Will my wheels rub?

I have 18in rims on mine right now and want to lower my car. I was wondering the same thing! Any updates with yours yet? Lowered?

Performance-wise, when pared with the proper suspension system; Among other things, larger/wider wheels provide more grip to the ground while the suspension lowers the center of gravity, and may adjust the wind-flow dynamics.

Visually; It gets rid of the wheel-gap when also pared with lowered suspension.

put your rims on it, and get a couple of these. ride around with them for a bit too see how you like it lowered before shelling out for a lowering kit you many not like or that might not work
