Celica Forums General Discussion General Fog light mounting help needed 2002 w Action Package

Hi Guys,
This has probably been beat to death some where in the forums, but I can't find what I need, so if the answer is here already, please direct me the correct area.
I want to mount 4" fog light's in the Action Package blanked out spots where the TRD fog lights were once intended to be mounted.
I'm presently standing in my garage having removed the black fog light hole blanks, looking at the back end of the removed bumper and then looking at the PIAA 4" 510 pedestal mount fog lamp and cannot understand how it physically will mount to anything on the bumper.
Are there Pictures available of how to do this. The wiring is not a concern, it's mounting the fogs to the car in the outside holes.

Also, do your new fog lamps not come with a mounting kit or any ability to drill through the stock bumper into mount-holes on the lamps?

The kit came with pedestal mount lamps, wiring, relay, and switch.
I had thought in removing the bumper there would be a pedestal type mounting hole bracket on the back side.
Apparently not, so presently at a loss.
