eBay parts vs reputable companies

So I see CAI for celica about 50-60 dollars on, ebay. I need a new filter and thought about a drop in in the stock air box but for the extra 20 I can just get a whole new Intake. Anyone able to tell me if there is a huge difference in power on ebay Intake compared to a AEM/Injen CAI?

Stick with a reputable company such as AEM, Injen, TPR or K&N.
This is what a generic eBay Intake for the Celica looks like...

Have a quick read through this thread and its links -

And a quick search for "ebay Intake" turns up plenty of results, all saying its not much of a good idea -
