Hey guys,
I have a 2000 Celica GT and my clutch recently went out. (Luckily I'll be getting it fix in a few days) However, I noticed before the clutch ever went bad that it needed to be adjusted because I had to press it all the way to the floor to get it started and to put it in first gear. I was wondering if the clutch is mechanical or hydrolic and how to tighten or adjust it.
Also, since I'm getting the clutch replaced (with a clutch kit) will this fix the problem or what?
Any help is great. New to Toyota and not very mechanically inclined.
