Not at the moment - but that feature is being worked on and should be available again shortly.
The previous v6.2 forum software had a lot of unique customizations done to it. Since upgrading to v7.5, a lot (most) of those customizations need to be rewritten from scratch. Adding picture to the user profile is one of those things. I don't have an exact time-line for when it will be done, but its on the list of things to do "next."
Most everything from v6.2, and several new things, are already implemented. If you find something else missing or not working, post here. I'd love to hear about it.
