I plan on buying an HID kit. However, I have a few questions.
Do I need to buy H7 bulbs for my low beams?
Would 10000k bulbs be to bright?..would I blind other drivers?
I want to buy the kit from Tdotperformance.ca (because it's Canadian). For 115$, would I be getting a decent kit? LINK BELOW

You will blind other drivers because the lenses are not designed for HID lamps.
I see it all the time and it pisses me off. Some people have no clue.

If you want HIDs, the best thing is to replace the entire headlights with aftermarket units designed for them. Lots of them on ebay.

I'm from Canada so there's not much on Ebay that i can chose from that doesn't involve paying out the ass in brokerage lol.. What Brand of Headlight would you recommend. Would Spec-D be good?

Can't say, as my celi is bone stock except the exhaust.
