Try a Toyota Dealership's parts department. Search your local AutoZone, Pepboys, or your favorite speed shop, bringing your current bulb inside with you for reference.

Check "Interior Light (with Moon Roof)" at:
https://www.celicahobby.com/forums/ubbthreads.php/topics/448564/Light-Bulb-Part-Numbers.html

Search "bulb 293 blue LED" in Google.

If your climate control lighting is no longer working, use the photos I posted above as a guideline.

BUT if your lighting is still working, use this guide instead...
https://www.celicahobby.com/forums/ubbthreads.php/topics/268819/Clock-How-To-Change-Color.html

Colored cellophane (often used in flower & gift stores) can be placed on the back-side of your climate controller to change the light's color.
