Hi ,
I have had a fault on my brakes for some time , the ABS cuts in at low braking speeds.
I have changed the discs & pads & bled the brakes and just passed the MOT( UK test ) ( I thought it would fail ) The ABS light goes out as it should and I have tried to get the codes but no luck, I removed the short pin and connected E1 to TC the first time the light went out and then flashed twice then a space of 2 or 3 seconds then twice again and it kept doing this no other break. I then thought to clear any error codes so pumped the brake 8 or 10 times with the ignition on ( not running ) tried again and got ABS light going out then a continuous pulse every second or so. Is there a code when everything is OK ? Help anyone.
