I did a search on fuel tanks i didnt come up with anything. But has anyone thought about redesigning the fuel tank to accommodate a better custom exhaust? What i mean by better is by design and flowing.

When i looked underneath the car i notice the exhuast having to work its way slanting to the muffler. I thought by redesigning it you could straighten the ditch made in the fuel tank and add custom hangers for a slimmer muffler then run a pipe from it to the back bumper.

@CaffeineKid thanks for the reply these are perfect pics of what i was referring too. if you redesigned the ditch section to have it straight it could open more possibilities for a less espensive and more flowing (less bends) for example. the muffler section its got 2 90 degree angles. if you made the ditch straighter the muffler could just be straight and still keep the last section of the catback the same.
