Looks pretty cool, I just changed mine out two days ago with an LED knob to match my interior LED tubes. I wound up having that same gap between the knob and leather boot that you have. I fixed it by taking a small peice of rubber and zip tying it around the shift rod underneath the boot and now it stays up great and looks sharp. I can get some pics for you if you would like :]
