Change em when you have the money or every 50k miles. Their expensive as hell especially from the dealership cheapest I've been able to find em has $14.95 each.

They say the plugs are good for 100k but, if your running a CAI or any aftermarket intake it causes the motor to run lean. So I would keep an eye on em and when they get too white change em out.

i changed my stock ones around 41K miles and they were still in great condition, but i changed them anyway.

[b] remember that the 7th gen celica uses iridium-type spark plugs. thumbsup

The ngk iridiums are a bit cheaper then the denso iridiums, i think its like $12 vs the $15 for the denso. They are supposed to last 100K miles so you should just check them out every oil change just to make sure they are ok. i say anywhere between 10K-20k is good if you drive agrressively or 40k-50k if you drive conservatively, but its really just up to you if the plugs are still good. Since the cost so much its really not easy to change them every oil change like the copper plugs so if you got money changing them more frequently would be better if not you can hold out a little longer.
