Hi all,
Here is my question. I'm going to get a carbon fiber hood and scoop off of the store link on ecelica. My car is carbon blue and I'm going to get the carbon fiber hood on it as well. My question is will the overlays on my headlights work? I'm not talking in terms of will they fit or whatever i'm wondering if there isn't some way to make half of it go with my carbon blue and the other half go with the carbon fiber hood, kind of following the line that the hood makes with the fenders. any thoughts? Or just don't go with the overlays? Thanks

YOu can make it work. I think a carbon blue look for the lights would be better than a black persay.

Oh I definatly am going to get the blue overlays but my question is I"m wanting to get an h5 overlay from bat but with a carbon fiber hood I feel like it would "bleed" over onto the hood like it wouldn't have sharp lines with it. I'm wanting to take the line where the hood meets the front fenders as a reference and keep that line sharp across the top of my had lights if I get the h5 kit but only in the blue. Any thoughts on this or am I still being kind of vague? thanks guys wave wave

I think I know what you are saying. And you can't make that work unless yo get two overlays. And cut them on your headlight to match with the lines. Does that make sense?

I say go for it. That is an original look. Drop bat a PM or email and tell him the scenario. I'm sure he'll work with you for something. And definitely post pics.
It seems that the only way you would be able to tell a difference in the headlight though is up close...but thats where it matters most of the time.
